@AppleSupport account on X have now stopped customer support services via the X platform formerly known as twitter. Customers who now send messages to the account get links that redirect them to the “Get Support” page on the apple official website.
News18 reports that apple has offered human support on X since 2016 and that the account will not stop sharing tips, tricks, and helpful information on YouTube.
